In the deep valleys and mountains of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, the photovoltaic panels laid out like fish scales sparkle under the sunshine.

With an inclination of 24 degrees and as many as 540,000 panels, the Sayongshan 250-megawatt centralized photovoltaic power station in the northeast of Sayingpan Town, Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County, more than 130 kilometers north of Kunming, Yunnan, converts the sun's energy into clean energy and transmits it to factories, hospitals, and residential areas...
The Sayongshan photovoltaic power station is the largest photovoltaic power generation project in Yunnan Province, and is also the first registered project among the local "8+3" new energy projects. In 2023, the newly added grid-connected capacity of centralized photovoltaic power generation in Yunnan will reach 14.407 million kilowatts, ranking first in the country.

Looking from a high place, you can see rows of photovoltaic panels filling the gaps between the mountains and fields among the vast Sayong Mountains. They extend over the mountain ridges into the distance, quietly absorbing the sun's energy.

The construction of mountain photovoltaic projects is difficult and costly due to the complex terrain conditions and irregular and scattered usable areas. How to save land and improve power generation efficiency during the construction process?

In 2023, Shenzhen Antaike overcame the technical difficulties of large slopes and large spans here with its ATEC Qingtianqing Cable Net flexible support technology, and built the flexible photovoltaic project with the highest altitude and the largest slope in the country at that time on a mountain with an altitude of more than 3,000 meters and a slope of more than 35°.

"Look, this is the flexible photovoltaic support we designed. It does not require cement piles, but only steel wire ropes and locking structures to fix the photovoltaic panels." Yang Hongpeng, manager of the project's EPC (engineering general contracting) contractor, pointed to the photovoltaic components on the triangular truss in front of him and said that in view of the mountainous areas with poor local terrain conditions but good light resources, the Shenzhen Antaike team continued to explore the optimal layout plan and implemented a photovoltaic flexible support project with a span of 42 meters.

The net height of the flexible bracket is 6 meters. With the flexible photovoltaic bracket, the gap between the components is reduced, and the high-density arrangement of the photovoltaic array is realized. "Compared with the fixed bracket, the land use index per megawatt using the flexible bracket is reduced by 1.45 mu, and the investment per kilowatt is also reduced." Yang Hongpeng introduced.

ATEC's Qingtianqing cable net flexible support technology has been promoted and used in the construction of many mountain photovoltaic projects, such as the Nabingtian photovoltaic power generation project in Simao District, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province, and the agricultural-photovoltaic complementary project in Xiaomengtong Town, Yongde, greatly improving land use efficiency.

For 20 years, Shenzhen Antaike has always taken innovation as its core competitiveness, focusing on technology research and development to build a technological highland. After several years of product accumulation and market promotion, more and more customers have chosen Shenzhen Antaike's high-quality flexible photovoltaic support solutions. We always pursue more efficient response and satisfaction of customer needs, and strive to create greater value for customers in the future.
