R&D Innovation

Since 2016, Shenzhen Antaike Energy has carried out R&D cooperation with domestic wind engineering and prestressed research institutions such as Hunan University and Central South University, and established the "Advanced Technology R&D Center" with the Hunan University scientific research team headed by Chen Zhengqing, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. It is committed to the innovative development of green energy and is the undertaker of the "National Torch Program Project" and the industry's first "National Key High-tech Enterprise".

It has a core technical team consisting of registered structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and electrical automation engineers. Among its members, there are many scientific and technological talents who have returned from overseas studies and have top R&D capabilities, and industry experts with many years of industry experience and rich engineering management experience. Shenzhen Antaike Energy focuses on the integrated development and cooperation of industry, academia, and research, and maintains long-term cooperation and technical exchanges with top universities such as Tsinghua University, South China University of Technology, Tongji University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Fujian University. It is the school-enterprise industrial park cooperation base of Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen Campus.

Design level and design methods

Our company has Class B qualification for steel structure design and a strong design team. Our designers can use structural finite element design software to perform structural analysis based on wind tunnel test results, and conduct 1:1 physical destructive tests on key nodes and structures to adjust the analysis results to ensure that the structure meets the strength and stability requirements under the ultimate bearing capacity state and the functional requirements under the normal use limit state.

In terms of design, we cooperated with the industry's best international wind tunnel laboratories RWDI, CPP and the Central South University Wind Engineering Research Center in China to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the static load, dynamic load and aeroelastic stability of the photovoltaic tracking bracket to ensure more accurate data in the bracket design to ensure design safety.
