Linkage tracking system

1. The system has a tracking angle of plus or minus 50° in the east-west direction.

2. The single-row bracket has a self-locking function to prevent the load of each row of brackets from being concentrated on the motor, which may easily cause damage to the motor and increase the basic cost of the motor.

3. Long-term friction between transmission mechanisms is prone to wear, rust and other problems, which affect the tracking angle accuracy and system service life. The main transmission parts use new materials that are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant, and do not require lubrication.

4. The system has certain adaptability to complex terrains, such as mountains, mining areas, etc., and can adapt to a slope of 10%.

5. The bracket system is designed to ensure that the back of the bifacial components is not blocked.

6. The parallel single-axis system should fully calculate its own energy consumption, which will be used as one of the important indicators for final bid evaluation. The motor adopts a fully enclosed design, is maintenance-free throughout the design cycle, and has a protection level of IP65; the average daily running time of the motor is no more than 30 minutes, and the energy consumption is low.

7. Special bearings should be used for rotating parts, and bolts, pins, etc. should not be used.

8. Take anti-vibration measures to prevent the support from deformation and damage due to unbalanced wind loads.

9. The bracket is made of galvanized aluminum-magnesium material, which effectively reduces the uncertainty factors in the delivery time and helps to ensure the delivery time.
