Shengsi Xiaoyangshan Bodaozui 120MW photovoltaic power station

The construction of photovoltaic power generation on saline-alkali tidal flats is a huge test for the corrosion resistance of the bracket. Shenzhen Antaike Energy's tidal flat fixed bracket uses special anti-corrosion coating technology while raising the bracket above the ground. The average thickness of the zinc layer reaches the highest level of anti-corrosion requirements of 85μm. At the same time, relying on years of technical accumulation and hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion process technology, through strict control of raw materials and welding materials, and continuous adjustment of hot-dip galvanizing parameters, the required anti-corrosion goals are finally achieved, providing longer-term protection for tidal flat photovoltaic projects.

Different span combinations of 3.8m, 3.9m, and 6m pile spacing were designed according to the environment, which is well adapted to the terrain boundary. The average is 11.33MW/mu, which improves the land utilization rate by about 15%. The 6-meter span fixed bracket meets the requirements of wind resistance and economy through statistical research on the historical wind speed of the site, structural calculation and analysis, and reasonable component design.

At the same time, cables are used between the north-south rows of piles in the estuary area to ensure overall stability when the tide comes.
