The Macheng City Multi-energy Complementary Million-KW New Energy Base Project is invested and constructed by China Power International Development Co., Ltd. and Macheng Energy Investment Development Co., Ltd., a joint venture of China Power (Hubei) New Energy Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 7.16 billion yuan, covering an area of about 28,000 acres, involving Tiemengang Township, Zhongguanyi Town, Baiguo Town and other townships.
